A very rare and a treat - Led Zeppelin supporting just an average American singer, P. J. Proby during the sessions for his album! Two bluesy numbers played with guts and fresh energy … but it was before the first album was released! Some sources claimed Plant wasn't involved though. More likely he played harmonica on one track and he also may play percussion on the other. The story goes that John Paul Jones books the other three Led Zeppelin members in on his P. J. Proby session as it was a good way to earn money. |
